1 Year Manufacturers Warranty-Full Parts Coverage
Backyard Drinking Fountain Co. warrants that your drinking fountain will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery, under normal residential use.
During this period, we provide full parts coverage. If any component fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective part at no cost to you.
What’s Covered
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Failure of factory-installed components under normal use
- All original parts and fittings supplied with the product
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Improper installation or failure to follow instructions
- Freezing, lack of winterization, or weather-related damage
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic changes
- Damage caused by water quality, excessive pressure, or improper filtration
- Modifications or use of non-compatible parts
- Commercial or non-residential use
Conditions
- Proof of purchase is required
- Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable
- Product must be used and maintained according to guidelines
